What we’re building
Bedrock is a conveyancing platform that gives estate agents a clean way to capture leads, law firms a structured workflow to instruct and run conveyances, and clients a clear view of progress. Quotes are driven by fee scales, milestones drive client updates, and everything stays in one place from referral to completion.
How we approach it
We aim to match how conveyancing actually works in practice rather than impose a rigid one-size-fits-all process. Roles, permissions, contracts, and fee scales are all configurable per firm.
